Mark 1 was contracted for a large move and extended storage during a very stressful time for our family. We suffered the loss of a love one and due to circumstances and location of the deceased home... we were in need of an urgent move to a secure storage facility asap.Mark1 and the other Companies contacted were all extremely busy with lead times starting at three weeks for the moves. I used Mark 1 moving and storage for a local move - my things were in storage for almost a year with them. Melody and Pat were excellent to work with. They scheduled my move quickly once my new place... was finished, which I really appreciated. The guys who did the actual move at the front and back end were very professional. They worked as a good team together. I did have some items that were damaged - I learned that since I packed them, putting in a claim wasn’t really worth it.
